Rob Orth

As designated broker and president of Tomlinson Sotheby’s International Realty’s North Idaho offices, Rob combines years of real estate experience with community non-profit work to mentor and grow his incredibly talented leadership team.
Rob is thrilled to partner with the Sotheby’s brand, which has a nearly 300-year tradition of integrity, trust, and reputation. This tradition provides the backbone for TSIR’s mission, which focuses on people, partnership, service, and integrity. To Rob, these are more than just words – each tenet of the mission statement is actually a tradition in and of itself, to be fostered and grown through leadership and giving.
Tomlinson Sotheby’s International Realty is home to Rob because it is a collaborative network of exceptional agents and offices dedicated to assisting people, families, and community growth in North Idaho. Rob serves on several non-profit boards and is proud of the community-giving culture within TSIR.
It’s also important to Rob to foster a culture of “leveling-up” – working with agents to achieve the most out of their careers, and welcoming new agents who are ready to take their careers to the next level.
Rob enjoys spending time with his family, hanging out with his two Great Pyrenees, photographing the nature that abounds around North Idaho, and helping to serve those God places in his path.
